In this article what matters to the author is to alert people that there is a shooter on the loose, to help out the police if you know where he is, and to give people a good story. When the author was writing this story he was trying to help out the police and give them some kind of a lead and to write something to entertain the people so they could read something intresting. This story relates to the world because it seems that there is more and more crime in the world not less. This story relates to me because my friend Jon's father died from a shooting and the person who shot him was never found. This article is very intresting and it is cool to read.
